Fashion Friends operates a private, invite-only drop desk for limited products.

It is not a public online shop and there is no open catalog.

These terms apply to all orders placed via private drop links.

All products are limited and available only for a defined drop period.

A contract is formed once an order is placed and payment is received as instructed.

All prices are clearly communicated and shown in the stated currency.

Payment methods: bank transfer, TWINT (Switzerland).

Payment details are shown after placing an order.

Unpaid orders can be canceled automatically.

Drop sales: shipping happens after the drop ends (as stated).

Single items: shipping happens after payment is received.

Processing time: typically 1-3 business days.

Shipping time: typically 2-8 business days.

In rare cases delivery can take longer, for example if the product location is outside the regular shipping network.

All products are offered first come, first served.

If a product is sold out or the drop ends, there is no claim to delivery.

Because items are limited, returns are generally excluded unless legally required.

Statutory warranty rights apply to legitimate defects.

Fashion Friends is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, where permitted.
